Abstract
The objective of this project is to come out with a framework to enhance the
management of money as well as the demand and supply of goods in UTP. This
framework will be implemented in all transaction within UTP. UTP supply and
demand of student is hard to predict. Management of money is a hassle and minor
error can cause severe damage to the organization. Therefore, this project study will
focus on the UTP demographic and environment. Customer Relationship
Management technology is also part of the study as the end system will be
implementing Customer Relationship Management basic idea due to its effectiveness
result. In gathering the information, surveys and questionnaires were distributed to
some of the users in UTP. The survey result was then analyzed to understand the
user experience and expectation towards the new framework. A sample size of 35
students for the questionnaire was done. The results were collected and analyzed to
come out with the best recommendation for the new framework. The aim of this
system is to introduce a more effective and efficient framework to be implemented in
all transaction within UTP. The system will be available in cafeteria, bookstore and
Kopetro. The implementation using CRM framework is seen as a good foundation to
start with.
