Analysers are used in various industries such as the refineries, petrochemical plants, steel industries, pulp and paper industries and so on. Analysers are high technology instruments and are very crucial in the industries in preserving the quality of the product and control processes. The problem faced here is the unreliability of analysers. The biggest weakness is that analysers are unreliable which cause doubts and uneasiness to fully rely on them. One of the ways to improve its reliability is to anticipate the failures before it happens.
