In this project, spectral fatigue analysis was performed on jacket of platform X. The analysis was performed by using SESAM software by DNV and the results were compared with SACS software by Bentley that is done by a colleague. The proposed platform X which is located at F9 field in Sarawak. The main results that were analyzed using the software, were fatigue damage and fatigue life of the structure. The differences of result of fatigue damage between the two software were analyzed thoroughly. After that, the parameter that affecting the results of the spectral fatigue analysis such as wave loading, wind loading, and many more, will be varied accordingly to get the variety of result especially on fatigue damage. By doing this project the result can be in used for the industry.
