Abstract

The aim supported by objectives of this project is to help hiring officers in identifying most suitable candidates based on listed skills on a platform. The scope of study for this project are arranging it to be completed within the FYP course time frame which is less than 28 weeks and the project will only cater for SME or companies where no specific platform is being utilised for their recruitment proces. Interview session has been conducted to look further into current recruitment issue and supporting the objectives of this project. By using collaborative filtering algorithms, the platform will provide a fair judgment of scores to be graded to the job applicants. This project uses agile methodology as it is easier to change deliverables or requirements after continuous analyzation along with delivering the finished project within short time frame. In results and discussion, use case diagram, proposed user interfaces along with interview results are discussed further. For the conclusion, future adjustments to improve the current project are also included.
