UTP E-CLEANING SERVICES UNIT (ECSU)

This dissertation document is discussing about the FYP2 (Sept 2019) titled UTP
E-Cleaning Services Unit (ECSU). The main objective is to develop a mobile
application on for Cleaning Services unit under Property Management and
Maintenance Department (PMMD). The range of the project is targeting the
cleaning services unit which not having any platform to deal virtually with the
cleaning contractors during their daily patrol around the campus. The proposed
application describes submitting complaint through mobile application replacing
the current way which is to manually write in the logbook. Therefore, the
application enables users to make complaints easily and ease the receiving ends
system for the management. The methodology adopted from Agile SDLC model
in this system is the iterative and incremental development.
