Abstract

Pengurangan kadar biodegradasi yang pesat bagi urea-silang kanji (UcS) filem adalah mungkin melalui penambahan alkali kraft lignin. Ujian awal perkuburan tanah telah mengesahkan ~ 80% (berasaskan kanji) adalah lebih biodegradasi bagi filem UcS di dalam tanah tidak steril berbanding tanah steril sebagai keputusan ~ 98% lebih tinggi bagi tanah mikrob biomas, ~ 94% lebih aktiviti daripada u- dan Bamilase dan ~ 99% pelepasan saccharides lebih tinggi, 50% penambahan pelepasan nitrogen. Ujian pengebumian filem komposit lignin dalam aerobik dan anaerobik dalam tanah kecil telah dijalankan dan mengesahkan lignin boleh mengurangkan kadar biodegradasi filem UcS ~ 1.34-10.71% (berasaskan kanji). Tindak balas kadar maksimum Michaelis-Menten (Vmax) bagi tanah u-amilase, telah dikurangkan ~ 1.23-2.03 kali dan B-amilase menurun sebanyak ~ 1.09-2.35, ini mungkin kerana penjerapan enzim pada lignin.
