Abstract
River water are the main raw water resource for Malaysia water supply system.
But due to the rapid development of the city, increase of industry areas, the river water is
been polluted. This research is to determine the water quality of the river (Pinji River )
which is near to the landfill. Besides, in this research, we had also investigated the amount
of micro- pollutants in the river. We hope that by through this research we can provide
some awareness to the public about the pollution of water resources.
