Abstract

This report discuss factors that support integrated teamwork and understanding the chosen topic which is “The Influence of Integrated Team in delivering Sustainable Construction”. It is observed that having an integrated teamwork is an issue nowadays especially in a construction organization. Previous studies also claim that defective stakeholder management has frequently resulted in conflicts and partial failures of the project. Furthermore, identifying, reviewing and classifying key practice indicators can help in gaining greater insight into how they influence team dynamics. The purpose of this study is to explore and identify the factors that support integrated team in delivering sustainable construction and to identify the most important factors. The data is collected by purposive sampling method which are distributing questionnaires and conducting interview sessions in a group of stakeholders in a construction company named Dr. Nik & Associates Sdn. Bhd. (DNASB) with known respondents of 50 individuals. The factors are analysed by using Mean & Standard Deviation Analysis and Factor Analysis. The author hope to increase his experience in communicating with construction workers as well as managers throughout this project. The author’s ambition is to obtain an excellent result that is tally with sustainable construction by the end of this project so that this project would benefit construction field workers in the future.
