The objective of this study is to model and actual automotive manufacturing plant into WITNESS simulator. Experimentation will be done to seek improvement to the current system. Literature review done includes the study of simulation modelling, operation management, linear programming and WITNESS software so that the objectives of this study can be achieved. Methodology of simulation modelling are reviewed and studied to ensure the success of this project.
