UNSPECIFIED.
(Unpublished)
Abstract
In this paper, parameters such as the exchanger’s type and arrangement, mass flowrate of hot and cold streams, specific heat of cold and hot streams, heat transfer coefficient and variations of fouling with time are required input data. The linear fouling has been chosen to simulate the HEN. The main goal is to find the variations of the outlet temperatures of cold and hot streams with time and calculate the heat loss and economic loss of crude preheat train.
