Abstract

The project is about designing a waveguide filter for microwave point to point link. The work will mainly be about designing a filter with high quality factor, maximum gain and minimum cost, which are primary objectives of communication system nowadays. The main problem will be choosing and analyzing the most suitable parameters that will be required for filter design. The filter will be responsible for removing all the noise from point to point radio waves transmission, resulting in almost perfectly matched signals in sending and receiving ends of the whole system.
