Abstract

In robotic application, application of DC motor is vital in controlling the movement of the robot in terms of speed and direction of rotation. Usually, motor driver is used to control the functionality of DC motor. Microcontroller is important in robotic application because the speed and direction of DC motor can be controlled by applying input into motor driver. In market, most of microcontroller and motor driver are designed and supplied separately. This project is about designing and interfacing both microcontroller and motor driver on a single printed circuit board to avoid compatibility issue between motor driver and microcontroller.
