Abstract

Fertilization in agriculture is a crucial method of agricultural business in the
world whereby it will help the farmers to increase their profit and crops productivity.
The purpose of fertilization is to provide additional nutrients to the crops in intent to
increase the crops’ growth rate and qualities. The farmers are to monitor their crops
carefully, otherwise the crops might be unable to survive. Therefore, farmers are
required wisely make decision on their application of fertilization on their crops in
order to maintain good health of the crops. There are various type of fertilizers to be
applied such as hydroponic fertilizers. As technologies utilization are currently a trend
in this era, there are numerous agricultural technologies have proven to become more
effective in farming business. Hence, by developing a new system which could collect
the fertilizer’s information and sends the data to the farmers through wireless
connection could improve the efficiency of farming works. In short, this system will
provide benefits to farmers in monitoring hydroponic fertilizers.
