Abstract

Due to its self-leveling, low material usage, autoclave-free, low heat conductivity, and light weight, aerated concrete is regarded one of the most useful porous materials used in modern civic and industrial constructions. While cement is the most used construction material, its production contributes to approximately 8% of the total world carbon dioxide emission.
