Abstract

The construction industry's digitization is one of the most significant changes to our business and profession since the first industrial revolution. Sustainable construction has become an innovative approach in promoting the sustainable development. The construction, maintenance, and usage of housing has a huge negative impact on the environment and is currently a major contributor to the catastrophic changes in the global climate, atmosphere, and ecosystem. With the significant population expansion forecast by 2050, residential building will likely continue to be the largest source of harmful gases like carbon emission.
