Development of Environmental Complaint Management System

The main purpose of this project is provided users a user friendly and simple platform for users to address their complaints regarding the environmental issues that occurs throughout all states of Malaysia. This project also aims to provide a channel where users can submit and forward their environmental complaints to the nearest authorities for further follow ups and investigation. The purpose of this project can be accomplished through the development of a web-based application or website that will act as a medium of interaction between users and the system.
