Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior towards Environment (OCBE) is a developing concept that is progressively utilized in describing and explaining employees’ voluntary behavior in organizations that contribute to reduce negative impacts on environment by inspiring employees’ active environmental citizenship behavior and eventually promoting green and low-carbon workplace.
