Abstract

Ionic liquids (ILs) are widely used in many applications. One of the most common usages is food extraction. The primary objective of the project is to screen and design biocompatible and biodegradable ILs using the COSMO-RS software simulation, with a specific focus on their potential applications in the food industry
sector.
