Abstract

Foaming of amine solutions is a major problem for amine gas sweetening plants. However, studies on the effect of operating conditions on foaming behavior are still limited in literature. Therefore, this project aims to study the effect of temperature and gas flowrate on foaming behavior in Methyl Diethanolamine (MDEA) Piperazine solvent in the presence of Bicine.
