Chemical Process Industry is an important industry to Malaysia. This is due to the contribution that are given by Chemical Process Industry throughout the year. To maintain the outcome quality of Chemical Process Industry, safety measures and process reliability must be in good condition. As the process operates, any abnormal result can cause in accident and risk.
