Abstract

fhe Internet and network are two things that are evolving like mega tower all around the world.
Through this, many people have take advantage and also manipulated it to enhance their
business, system or education. But some of the people did not realize any of this. So as the
>tudent of University Technology ofPETRONAS, the author has sense there is a part where the
mthor can take advantage and manipulate the network, intranet and internet provided by UTP.
Some of the request still be done by requesting using the manual form. With the network
!volving, the online form should be the best way to enhance the system and process whereby it
;an save cost, time and energy. All the form can be filled from their personal computer or laptop
md then the form will transferred to the next step within the network. The online fonn will be
ntegrated with the KPis analyzer where the system will analyze how long does it take for a
lepartment to respond to the torm submitted. This will be a great way to determine the KPls
Jecause the data will be surely accurate and no misjudge or unfair judgment will occur. The
;ystem which will base on the Microsoft SharePoint surely will give some advantage because the
JTP are using Microsoft SharePoint as the based for the all UTP Portal. The author hopes that
his project will help UTP in becoming the best university in the world and also \'lrill help the
:ntire management department to reduce cost, time and energy.
