Abstract
Personal electric vehicle abbreviated as (PEV) is another advancement made by men to facilitate the mobility of human from one place to another one. PEV has been made ready to compete with motorcycle and bicycle as a mode of transport for individuals particularly to the individuals who live in urban region. To be able to compute with the other two modes of transport mentioned previously some changes or improvement need to be done. This project will be concentrated mainly on the configuration and development of the PEV This configuration procedure will incorporate the design of power transmission component, material selection, concept of the PEV body outline (design) furthermore the drive train of the PEV. Tricycle idea is decided for this outline with 1F2R arrangement and brushless motor is being utilized to drive the wheel. The configuration that is made is the design has been inspired from past project works so it can be built within the time frame allocated for this project. The re-design procedure was made through some software program and the configuration process was done based on previous analysis and design that has been made recently.
