Abstract

Thermal oils, generally used as heat transfer fluids (HTFs) in the medium temperature
compound parabolic concentrating (CPC) collectors, bear weak thermal properties that
negatively affect their performance thereby creating a major hurdle in the successful
application at industrial scale
