Maintaining good public rail services is important to give a good user experience to the people who use it for almost every day. Those people who lives in the urban area of Klang Valley rely on the public rail services such as Light Rail Transit (LRT) and Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) to move from one place to another place. However, the current rail services are inadequate in which there might not be enough facilities at certain stations. The basic facilities such as toilets and prayer rooms can be seen in all stations but there are few stations that are having poor facilities. This study is analysing the need on real time information to serve the LRT users with better user experiences and identifying what needs to be improved by the management to ensure the users can benefit from all the facilities they provided. The public rails operator is not able to decide what is lack and what needs to be improved by just observing what they see. In fact, they must analyse what customers really wants before deciding. Few main features have been added in the web application to ensure it can meet its objectives in providing the best platform for information rich. In conclusion, this project is believed to help the users with travel decision making as well as help the public train operator in providing better services to their customers.
