Abstract

One of the biggest uses of electricity, gas and oil is heating of water in the homes, and in offices, schools and hospitals and all domestic facilities. This project is attempted to design a Solar Parabolic Water Heater System to produce steam for absorption refrigeration system connected each other controlled by operational valve. The valve is operated according to the temperature required by the absorption refrigeration system. Investigation will be made on the parameter of the Solar Parabolic Concentrator to produce high efficiency of energy and the Insulation System of the storage tanks that can maintain required temperature for absorption refrigeration system. This report consists of background study, problem statement, objectives of the project, literature review and methodology of the project and results for the recent studies on this project.
