Abstract

One of the biggest challenges facing an Industrial process engineers is the reduction of variable costs while preserving product quality, environmental regulations, energy saving, safe operation, and so on. Where, process modeling has become accepted as a normal part of the design and improvement of industrial processes. The reliability of hardware and software are two issues that should be addressed. The objective of this project is to develop a model that need to address the process that is difficult (complex) to model. In Industrial Process control, the process variables such as flow, level, pressure and temperature are widely controlled process variables. The experiment is conducted on the existing plant in University
Technology PETRONAS laboratory.
