Abstract

The present thesis addresses the estimation of hydrodynamic coeflicients for tubular
cylinders subjected to oscillatory !lows using wave tank model tests, and presents
mathematical models for prediction of hydrodynamic drag and inertia coefficients for
Malaysian offshore locations based on linear regression analysis.
