Abstract
This study determined the optimum ratio of petroleum sludge to horse manure (microbes amendments) in degradation petroleum sludge. The aim of this study to produce compost product with low PAH and heavy metal content. In order to degrade the petroleum sludge, the sludge sample have to tested in laboratory to know their strength and understand its characteristics such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and heavy metals.
