Abstract
The research topic is related to the learning disability of children which causes difficulties in arithmetic learning and understanding numbers. This topic was chosen due to the limited research done on educational mobile application for Dyscalculia childrens. Dyscalculia is a learning disability that is related to numbers and mathematical operation which can affect their math learning. This learning disability affects around 6% of the world population. Thus, this children’s who is affected with this disability need a fun and appropriate method in learning mathematics effectively. The objective of this paper is to investigate the existence of a multiplication and division mobile application and to develop a mobile application called A+ Calculia Math for Dyscalculia children aged 9 -11 years old. This mobile application will be developed on Android platform in order to help Dyscalculia children in mathematic learning using mobile application. By going through research papers from the education field and statistics of usage in smartphone has become the backbone to propose this project paper to be developed into a prototype.
