Abstract
Number of mobile applications seems to be growing from day to day due to
the growing of technology. Those mobile applications are including networking,
chatting, games, operation service (such as transportation service, food and parcel
delivery etc.) and other different types of mobile applications. However, are they any
mobile applications that is developed with charity purpose? Meanwhile, charity
program/activities nowadays can be done in many ways including deliver food packs
to the right recipient, donate fund to poor people and various other approaches.
Because of that, this research is about how to combine the charity activities with the
system of mobile apps. In order to manifest this idea, this project is conducted with
collaboration of NGO as they have a huge contribution in society. Hence, this project
intends to extend volunteerism work among society through mobile applications. By
using this system that specify its user which is to help disadvantage people, humanity
can be well-maintained and increase awareness regarding contribution in welfare work
among society. The result of this research is developing a mobile applications system
that support disadvantage people by providing transportation service to go to clinic or
hospital.
