Abstract

This FYP produces a generic (mobile application based) performance evaluation process for
an organization to evaluate its employees’ work performance and therefore to provide an
indicator for the employees to make improvement and to sustain his/her career. An employee
can be evaluated by his/her peers or subordinates in a more fair and accurate manner using this
CPE mobile application. All performance evaluation data will be collected via CPE to
automatically generate the required performance appraisal statistics to the company
administrator(s) for further analysis. The proposed CPE is expected to enhance the
conventional employee performance evaluation method by introducing automation features in
the application.
