Abstract

During Movement Control Order in Malaysia, the number of people cooking at home are
increasing. This will result in high usage of the gas and may cause inconvenience to user if
it is suddenly run out of gas.
The goal of this project is to build an open-source, inexpensive and easy-to-use gas tank
smart roller to interface the Arduino open-source microcontroller with a mobile application;
to create a simple, easy-to-use monitor gas level. In several stages, the project was carried
out. The NodeMCU is the first setup to connect to Wi-Fi and to interface mobile applications.
Blynk App is a mobile application that offers a basic user interface to make the computer
user-friendly, completing the development of a smart LPG gas roller system.
The development of the smart roller for LPG gas system was successfully implemented.
Using the mobile app on the smartphone, the device can be connected to NodeMCU via
wireless network.
