Abstract

Crowdsource is a huge source of material that gathered in a place. Hence, it is similar with
the crowdshipping. To gather all the shipping parcel in a place. This project is to develop an
android mobile application called Fly Porter. Fly Porter ensure to assist their user to post any
job to be deliver or the user can choose any job that had been created to deliver the items or
both. The job here means the parcel that need to be deliver.
Fly Porter will implement using open-source software that can ensure it efficiency and
flexibility at the development phase. Using Android Studio as the main Source Code Editor
with the Java programming language. Java is an object-oriented programming language that
can be use with many types of Android Software Development Kit (SDK). The Fly Porter
been developed because it can help the transportation traveler to generate some money and it
can cut the delay issue at the courier service. This project will discuss how to demonstrate
that the user who is the user is encouraged to do a carpool for parcel along their way to a
parcel location using the Android Mobile App without concerns about their saf ety by using
this mobile application system and allowing the user to manage their own delivery to improve
their financial, mobility and environmental advantage. Several features have been
implemented in the mobile application like post advert, find job and payment method.
Basically, the payment method that use is bidding system. The user that wants to deliver the
job can bid with other use that also want to deliver the same job. So, the user what post the
advert will choose with bids equivalent with the advert.
