Abstract
Global 2020 COVID-19 epidemic showed the advantages of food delivery (FD) in facilitating access to prepared meals and allowing food providers to continue operating. However, reports of consumer and restaurant boycotts have been made against online food delivery. Consumer interest in food delivery applications such as Food Panda and Grab Food has increased significantly over the last several years.
