Abstract

It is essential to create a sustainable substitute to cement which aligns with the increase in demand and utilization due to the growth of construction industry. Taking into consideration that sugarcane bagasse (SCB) contains a high amount of silica, it is known to have a high pozzolanic reactivity which suits as an alternative for cement.
