Abstract

The preservation of physicochemical characteristics and shelf life of frozen fruits is a critical concern in the food industry. Freezing and thawing processes can lead to undesirable changes in texture, flavor, and overall quality, limiting the marketability and consumer acceptance of frozen fruit products.
