Abstract
Fly ash has been widely used as adsorbent for various chemical process including CO2 adsorption for CO2 removal technology. Fly ash is used in producing Na Zeolite and kenaf pallets are used for activated carbon as raw material in this study. The synthesisation of the kenaf activated carbon zeolite requires the activation of kenaf fibres from kenaf pallets in KOH at 500℃ under constant N2 gas flow.
