The University Event Management System is a web-based platform designed to streamline and enhance event planning within the university community. This final year project employs the Agile methodology, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to the evolving needs of university staff, student organizations, and event organizers. The project encompasses key phases, including initiation, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The system aims to replace manual processes, offering features such as event creation, registration, communication tools, user profiles, and feedback mechanisms. Emphasizing user-friendly design and adaptability to various devices, the project addresses challenges associated with traditional event management methods. The ultimate goal is to provide a comprehensive and efficient solution that contributes to a more vibrant and engaging university event landscape.
