Abstract

Rheology is the study of characteristics of the movement or flow of the
fluids. Generally, there are two types of fluid which are Newtonian fluid and
Non-Newtonian fluid. The main difference between these two fluids is their
behaviour of viscosity. For Newtonian fluid, its viscosity is a constant of ratio
between shear stress over shear rate. Whereas for Non-Newtonian fluid, the
ratios of shear stress and shear rate is not a constant. Details of the discussion are
explained further in this report.
