Abstract

The crude glycerol produced as a byproduct of transesterification synthesis has limited applicability due to its significant content of methanol, catalyst, and soap. On the other hand, the process of converting highly acidic oil into esters using an alkaline catalyst is challenging because of the large amount of free fatty acids
