Abstract

A jacket platform is a type of offshore structure used primarily for oil and gas exploration and production. These platforms are designed to withstand harsh marine environments and provide a stable base for drilling and production operations. These steel jackets have tapering, truss-like structure with high strength, durability and fatigue resistance.
