Abstract
Heat exchanger is crucial equipment in plant maintenance work that must run efficiently. Failure to operate it efficiently will effect in loss profit for the plant. In a
worse case scenario when maintenance was not done as prepared for unexpected failure of the heat exchanger could occur.
