Design Of A Steering Mechanism For A Personal Transporter

Personal transporter, particularly Segway is gaining its popularity in the western countries in the recent years as it helps to ease congestion and pollution problems in cities. However, this is not the case in developing countries like Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar and Sudan as there are not many people who can afford to buy it due to its exorbitant price. As part of the effort to come out with a low cost of a personal transporter affordable by citizens in developing countries, the author is working on designing an effective, highly maintainable and simple steering mechanism.
