Abstract
Globally, projections indicate that more than 125 million electric vehicles will be on the road by 2030. The lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery is at the core of these modern vehicles, providing the essential energy storage. However, Li-ion battery tend to degrade at a certain point due to high temperature generation.
