Analysis on electrical power requirement of a hybrid solar-electric oven.

The energy cost is rising rapidly and some work has been done using solar energy as the
source of heat for cooking in an oven. There are limitations to the performance of solar
oven due to limited access to sunlight at night and cloudy weather. To overcome this
problem, a further study is made in utilizing electrical power to enhance the
performance. The objective of this project is to analyze the electrical power requirement
in a hybrid solar-electric oven. This study will analyse how much additional power is
required to bring the performance of the oven up to several defined acceptable levels.
